Payroll Coordinator

About the role

Under the direction of the Payroll Team Lead, you will accurately process payroll for CoreMedical Group clinicians and provide exceptional customer support. You will collaborate with Finance, Sales, and other operational teams to ensure timely and compliant payroll processing.

Key responsibilities

• Process weekly timesheets, mileage reimbursements, and manual checks.
• Review and process payroll accurately, ensuring proper deductions for taxes and benefits.
• Maintain clinician information across payroll systems and prepare ACH transfers, wires, and GCC loads.
• Communicate with clinicians about timesheet requirements and resolve payroll inquiries promptly.
• Support the Finance Department with general administrative duties and uphold SOPs.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior administrative experience required.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle high‑volume, fast‑paced work.
• Strong customer service orientation, problem‑solving skills, and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Accurate data entry and typing skills.
