Inside Sales Representative

About the role

We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative to accelerate our enterprise pipeline and own inbound SMB business. You will partner with Enterprise Account Executives to penetrate named accounts and manage end‑to‑end SMB opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect outbound into named enterprise accounts via cold calling, email, LinkedIn and creative channels.
• Build account plans with EAE partners, researching organisations, mapping stakeholders and sequencing outreach.
• Lead early‑stage discovery calls with engineering, FinOps and infrastructure decision‑makers.
• Participate in deal strategy sessions, pipeline reviews and customer‑facing meetings alongside EAE.
• Own inbound SMB opportunities from discovery through demo, negotiation and close.
• Represent PointFive at industry conferences, FinOps events and cloud infrastructure summits.
• Drive market presence through social selling, LinkedIn engagement and video outreach.
• Track activity, pipeline and account progress in CRM and share feedback with sales leadership and marketing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–3 years in a sales or revenue‑facing role such as SDR, AE, Account Manager or CSM.
• Technically curious with ability to learn a complex product and convey value to engineering and FinOps buyers.
• Comfortable with cold calling and multi‑channel outbound prospecting.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot or equivalent) and sales engagement platforms.
• Willingness to work from the office three days a week and travel occasionally for events.
