Insurance Account Manager – Remote (UK)

About the role

Exo Claims is seeking an experienced Insurance Account Manager to act as the strategic partner for a portfolio of key customers. This fully remote, full‑time position focuses on delivering optimal claims outcomes, driving customer satisfaction, and supporting long‑term client success.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture deep, trust‑based relationships with key stakeholders across assigned accounts.
• Conduct regular Strategic Business Reviews (monthly and quarterly) to share insights and drive continuous improvement.
• Advocate for customer needs internally across Product, Claims, and Operations teams.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for expansion, renewals, and upsells in partnership with Sales.
• Own the overall success of each account, managing escalations, requests, and ongoing initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure aligned delivery and communication.
• Support seamless handoffs from Onboarding to post‑go‑live engagement and use data to demonstrate value.

Required profile

• Recent (within 12 months) UK‑based account management experience.
• Customer‑obsessed mindset with strong communication, project management, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment.
