International Fleet Coordinator – Global Car Fleet Management

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Fleet Coordinator to support the coordination and administration of a global company car fleet. This role ensures accurate fleet data, effective vehicle‑maintenance oversight, stakeholder engagement, and the implementation of consistent fleet policies across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and rolling out global fleet policies, coordinate communication and monitor compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicles, drivers and lease arrangements; manage fleet spreadsheets and produce monthly reports.
• Build and sustain relationships with office managers and local contacts worldwide, supporting them with central fleet processes.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance activities, monitor MOT, servicing and inspections, and liaise with suppliers and leasing providers.

Required profile

• Strong administrative or coordination experience.
• Proven ability to manage data and reporting using Excel.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across locations.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confident communicator able to engage colleagues at all levels.
• Hands‑on approach to maintaining records, spreadsheets and operational documentation.
