Inventory Coordinator

About the role

The Inventory Coordinator will be at the centre of Chanel's Fragrance & Beauté and Watches & Fine Jewellery POS operations. Working on‑site in Croydon, you will ensure inventory data is accurate across multiple systems and support seamless stock movements throughout the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock positions in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Y2 and Manhattan SCALE WMS.
• Plan, coordinate and execute scheduled and ad‑hoc cycle counts across all warehouse locations.
• Investigate, reconcile and resolve stock discrepancies promptly.
• Support rotational cycle counts, batch code analysis and cross‑divisional inventory accuracy.
• Identify integration gaps between the three core systems and log proposed resolutions.
• Assist in creating and releasing new product SKUs using the D365 product template.
• Produce daily BI reconciliation reports, reviewing and correcting negative positions.
• Provide clear written communications to stakeholders regarding inventory status, escalations and process updates.
• Perform general warehouse duties, including import/export activities and sales order support, while adhering to safety standards.
