Supply Chain Manager (S&OP) – Grocery Execution

About the role

Amazon is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead S&OP for its grocery business across five European markets. Based in London, you will shape demand‑planning strategies for Fresh Online and Amazon Now (Quick Commerce) banners, ensuring a seamless flow from inbound to customer outbound.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute demand‑planning strategy for the UK, Italy, Spain, Germany and France.
• Analyse regional customer demand patterns and improve forecast accuracy.
• Partner with ground operations, last‑mile delivery and business teams to incorporate operational inputs into forecasts.
• Align demand‑planning initiatives with senior leadership and finance partners.
• Model demand scenarios for new store launches and resolve capacity gaps affecting delivery speed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply chain, demand planning or S&OP within a fast‑moving consumer goods or retail environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across multiple functions and regions.
• Ability to balance proactive strategic work with reactive problem‑solving.
