IT Specialist – AV & End User Support

About the role

This permanent position supports end‑users across the UK for a leading FMCG organisation. You will combine hands‑on IT support, AV technology management and workplace infrastructure delivery while working closely with regional and international IT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Windows, macOS, mobile devices and collaboration tools.
• Manage onboarding, off‑boarding and device lifecycle processes.
• Maintain meeting rooms, conferencing equipment and live‑event technology.
• Act as the AV specialist for Teams Rooms and hybrid meeting environments.
• Handle asset inventory, hardware deployment and recovery.
• Support IT projects, upgrades and workplace technology initiatives.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to improve IT services.
• Create documentation, user guides and training materials.

Required profile

• Strong corporate IT support experience.
• Excellent AV and meeting‑room technology background.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes; ServiceNow experience is a plus.
