Junior Collection Merchandiser – Luxury Fashion

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Collection Merchandiser to join Erdem’s merchandising team. Reporting to the Senior Merchandiser, you will support day‑to‑day activities for Ready‑to‑Wear and Accessories collections, ensuring smooth operation of merchandising tools and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with cross‑functional peers in Development, Design, Production, Marketing and Sales to execute departmental goals throughout each season.
• Follow the development process of each season and keep collection documents up to date by accurately logging updates.
• Manage the Small Accessory category and oversee its product lifecycle.
• Conduct competitor and market research focusing on range structure, price positioning and benchmarking, providing suggestions where appropriate.
• Coordinate administration duties for Market, including timely Zedonk data entry and sample management before handover and during market.
• Produce seasonal product training packs to ensure accurate product knowledge across teams.
• Prepare weekly sell‑out analysis reports across all channels and propose actions together with the merchandising team.
• Support the delivery of seasonal sell‑in reports, offering coherent insights and qualitative market feedback.
• Assist with the off‑price product process.
• Handle ad‑hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth department operations.

Required profile

• Prior experience in merchandising or buying within a luxury fashion environment.
• Strong organisational and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with design, product development and commercial teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple deadlines.
• Effective communication skills.
