Junior Data Analyst – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Data Analyst to join a reporting team that supports dashboards, business performance analysis, and data accuracy across departments. This UK‑wide remote position allows you to work independently from home while contributing reliable insights to the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, clean, and organise data from multiple internal sources.
• Maintain reports, trackers, and dashboards used by stakeholders.
• Identify patterns, issues, or opportunities within operational data.
• Support weekly and monthly reporting cycles with accurate analysis.
• Document assumptions, logic, and data definitions clearly.
• Collaborate with teams to improve reporting quality and data consistency.
• Provide clear summaries that support better decision‑making.

Required profile

• Previous experience in analysis, reporting, or data‑focused work.
• Strong Excel or spreadsheet capability.
• Good numerical reasoning and attention to detail.
• Ability to explain findings clearly and work in a structured way.
• Confidence handling large datasets without losing accuracy.
• Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines.
