Technical Consultant – Conversational AI (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Consultant to join a leading customer‑experience and contact‑centre solutions provider. You will work remotely from the United Kingdom, helping organisations adopt AI‑driven conversational platforms across voice and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement omni‑channel conversational AI solutions using platforms such as Cognigy, Omilia OCP or Ultimate AI.
• Create dialogue flows, conduct user testing and manage solution handovers.
• Analyse platform data, map ROI and deliver actionable business insights.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, customer‑focused implementations.
• Support proactive AI agents that anticipate customer needs and integrate with CCaaS tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience with conversational AI platforms and contact‑centre transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of voice and digital channel optimisation.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business‑friendly language.
• Eligibility for SC Clearance and experience in regulated environments is a plus.
