Junior Digital Marketing Manager – SaaS (Remote, Greater London)

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Digital Marketing Manager to join a fast‑growing SaaS company that provides a Data Lifecycle Management and Observability platform. The role is remote‑first, supporting the Greater London area, and focuses on building and optimizing the brand’s digital presence across paid, owned, and earned channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content campaigns.
• Track key performance indicators, analyse data, and optimise for ROI.
• Oversee keyword strategy, content planning, on‑page SEO and schema markup.
• Maintain social media calendars, drive engagement and community growth.
• Update website, improve conversion rate optimisation and user journeys.
• Allocate and monitor digital marketing spend.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Strong technical SEO expertise, including crawl optimisation, site architecture and Core Web Vitals.
• Ability to connect organic performance to pipeline contribution and revenue.
• Comfortable influencing stakeholders in a group/holding company structure.

Required skills

• SEO tooling: Ahrefs, SEMrush or equivalent.
• Google Search Console and GA4.
• Experience with AEO and GEO frameworks for AI‑powered search.
• Hands‑on with Lovable AI website builder.
• WordPress theme management, plugins and performance optimisation.
• Schema markup, log file analysis, Core Web Vitals.
