About the Role

Join Optimus Search, a leading recruitment firm in Europe, and kickstart your career in the fast-paced world of talent acquisition. As a Junior Recruitment Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our expert consultants and ensuring a seamless experience for our candidates across the DACH region.

Main Missions

  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening calls in German and English.
  • Perform preliminary profile assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements.
  • Support senior recruiters in active talent sourcing and headhunting processes.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and candidate databases with high accuracy.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to streamline the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate documentation.

Profile Required

  • Fluency in German (C1/C2 level) is mandatory to communicate effectively with candidates.
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn the recruitment industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
