Junior Manager – Data Science (Marketing Mix Modelling)

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Manager in Data Science to support Marketing Mix Modelling projects for a leading media and marketing technology business. The role combines advanced analytics with real‑world marketing challenges, helping clients optimise media spend.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) projects.
• Own workstreams including data preparation, modelling, and scenario analysis.
• Deliver statistical and analytical projects for clients.
• Translate complex model outputs into clear business recommendations.
• Use AI tools to improve workflows, coding, and documentation.
• Communicate insights to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Support the development of best practices and process improvements.
• Contribute to the growth of the wider data science function.

Required profile

• Experience with Marketing Mix Modelling or statistical modelling.
• Strong Python skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Understanding of Bayesian statistics and attribution methodologies.
• Familiarity with tools such as Meridian, Robyn, PyMC, or similar.
• Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical rigour.
• Interest in marketing effectiveness and media measurement.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and workflows.
