About the role

Join Invesco’s 12‑month Investment20/20 Programme as a Junior Technology Associate. This fixed‑term position offers two rotations within the technology organisation, giving you hands‑on experience in delivering end‑to‑end technology solutions while learning business analysis and project management.

Key responsibilities

• Complete two distinct rotations across Invesco’s technology teams.
• Participate in the design, build, test and maintenance of technology solutions.
• Apply business analysis and project management techniques to real projects.
• Gain insight into the fund management industry and Invesco’s business operations.
• Learn about the various functions and processes within a technology department.

Required profile

• Keen interest in technology and its impact on organisations.
• Organised with strong attention to detail.
• Enjoy collaborative teamwork and effective communication.
• IT literate with a basic working knowledge of Excel.
• Familiarity with agile scrum processes is a plus.
