Lead BIM Coordinator – MEP (12‑month contract, £35‑£40/hr)

About the role

We are seeking a Lead BIM Coordinator with a strong MEP focus to join a main contractor in Central London on a 12‑month contract. The role will split time between the construction site, the office and one day per week working from home, with all necessary hardware and software provided.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the MEP BIM coordination on live construction projects.
• Create and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and BIM Implementation Plans (BIPs).
• Manage and coordinate BIM efforts of external subcontractors and other project coordinators.
• Ensure model integrity using Revit and clash detection with Revizto.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Lead MEP BIM Coordinator on active construction sites.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage BEPs and BIPs.
• Experience supervising BIM coordinators from multiple companies.
