Learning & Development Lead

About the role

OneMedical Group is seeking a Learning & Development Lead to design and deliver a company‑wide learning strategy that enhances capability, employee engagement and patient care. Based in Leeds with travel across UK sites, you will work closely with senior leaders to embed continuous learning throughout the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the overall L&D strategy, including onboarding, leadership development and capability building.
• Partner with business leaders and subject‑matter experts to identify learning needs and create scalable solutions.
• Design, deliver and continuously improve training programmes using data‑driven insights.
• Evaluate the impact of learning interventions and report on ROI.
• Ensure L&D policies and processes comply with employment legislation.
• Manage relationships with external providers and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven track record of delivering engaging training and development programmes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Experience creating and implementing HR/L&D policies, procedures and processes.
• Ability to analyse training needs and align solutions with organisational priorities.
• Experience measuring learning impact and using data to drive improvements.
• Good understanding of employment legislation and compliance.
• Organisational and time‑management excellence.
• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience.
• Full UK driving licence, own vehicle and willingness to travel to UK sites.
