About the role
We are seeking lecturers to teach on a new BSc (Hons) Business & Digital Transformation programme (subject to validation). The role requires flexibility to teach during weekdays, evenings and weekends. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, deliver and assess student work, ensuring all learning outcomes are met.
- Develop, update and improve course materials and teaching resources.
- Employ a variety of learning and teaching methods and materials.
- Participate in staff development activities, peer observations, meetings and administrative duties.
- Stay up‑to‑date with developments in your field and student support practices.
- Work towards defined objectives for student attendance, continuation, completion, satisfaction and progression.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in a relevant subject (PhD desirable).
- Previous UK higher‑education lecturing experience in a related area.
- Extensive knowledge of two or more of the listed technical domains.
- Experience supervising student work and providing constructive feedback.
- Proven ability to maintain accurate student records and reporting.
- Strong organisational skills, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and team‑working abilities.
- Capability to work with diverse groups of people.
