About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Lecturer to join our BA (Hons) Global Business Management programme, delivered in partnership with the University of Suffolk. The role involves teaching across undergraduate levels and requires flexibility to deliver classes during weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, deliver, and assess student work to meet defined learning outcomes.
- Develop, update, and improve course materials for management‑related modules.
- Utilise a variety of teaching methods and materials to engage diverse learners.
- Participate in staff development activities, peer observations, and administrative duties.
- Maintain accurate student records and provide timely feedback.
Required profile
- Master's degree in a relevant subject (PhD desirable).
- Previous UK higher‑education lecturing experience in business or related fields.
- Demonstrated knowledge of subject matter and ability to supervise student work.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
