Education and Experience Manager

About the role

The Education and Experience Manager will lead L'Occitane's learning and training function across the UK and ROI, ensuring boutique teams receive high‑quality induction and ongoing development to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary education contact for the brand across the UK and ROI.
• Design, deliver and monitor induction and continuous training programmes for boutique staff.
• Develop and implement a strategy that enhances customer experience, drives sales performance and boosts team engagement.
• Provide field‑based in‑store and classroom training that inspires teams to embody brand values and meet KPIs.
• Act as a brand ambassador at events, launches and on social channels.
• Lead and manage a team of in‑store coaches, setting clear goals and conducting performance reviews.
• Map the customer journey, identify improvement opportunities and analyse related data.
• Monitor programme effectiveness, ROI and recommend content or delivery enhancements.
