Lecturer in Business Management

About the role

Arden University is seeking an enthusiastic Lecturer in Business Management to join its growing Business Management department. You will deliver career‑focused teaching across undergraduate programmes, creating an inclusive and interactive learning environment for students on the Stratford campus.

Key responsibilities

• Teach core and elective Business Management modules to undergraduate students.
• Develop and deliver engaging, practical lessons that link theory to real‑world business challenges.
• Provide academic support, feedback and mentorship to help students achieve their potential.
• Contribute to curriculum design, assessment creation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in departmental meetings, research activities and outreach events.

• Passionate about higher‑education teaching and student success.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse academic team.
• Flexibility to adapt teaching methods to hybrid and digital delivery models.

Required skills

• Experience delivering higher‑education teaching in business‑related subjects.
• Solid knowledge of business management topics such as leadership, strategy, marketing, finance, HR and entrepreneurship.
• Proficiency with digital learning platforms and virtual classroom tools.
