Leisure Assistant

About the role

As a Leisure Assistant you will help keep our Village Hotel Club facilities sparkling and safe, ensuring every guest enjoys a high‑standard fitness and leisure experience. You will work across public areas, studios and the gym floor, delivering the cleanliness and hospitality that our members expect.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all public areas, studios and gym equipment.
• Monitor and refresh the appearance of the pool area, performing rescues when necessary to ensure member safety.
• Support the overall guest experience by responding promptly to requests and maintaining a welcoming environment.
• Follow health and safety procedures, including basic first‑aid actions.
• Collaborate with the club team to uphold the brand’s high standards of service.

Required profile

• A genuine passion for hospitality, leisure and fitness.
• Commitment to delivering a consistently excellent guest experience.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
• Basic first‑aid capability.
