Lettings Lister

About the role

Our client, a rapidly growing property company operating across sales, lettings and management, is seeking a motivated Lettings Lister to join their London team. You will be responsible for valuing, listing and promoting residential lettings properties, working closely with landlords and the internal deal‑progression team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct valuations and create listings for residential lettings properties.
• Acquire new landlords and expand the portfolio.
• Maintain and manage your own diary of appointments and viewings.
• Provide weekly updates to landlords via phone, email or portal.
• Record all communications with landlords and applicants accurately.
• Collaborate with directors to identify new business opportunities.
• Stay informed on lettings legislation and market trends.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
• Professional, positive and ambitious attitude.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated with a ‘can‑do’ mindset and target‑driven.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good understanding of London’s residential property market.
