Lettings Manager – Chiswick

About the role

Join a fast‑growing independent estate agency in Chiswick as the Lettings Manager. You will lead a high‑performing lettings team, shape the department’s strategy and drive revenue in one of West London’s most desirable markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own the profitability of the lettings department, meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
• Conduct high‑end market appraisals and secure new landlord instructions to expand the portfolio.
• Mentor, coach and motivate the lettings team, monitoring KPIs to ensure peak performance.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with landlords, investors and high‑net‑worth tenants.
• Ensure exceptional customer service while complying with all residential lettings legislation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Lettings Manager, Assistant Manager or Senior Negotiator.
• Demonstrated track record of winning instructions and outperforming local competitors.
• Strong negotiation, communication and leadership abilities.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of residential lettings legislation and compliance.
