About the role
We have an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Associate to join our highly successful Commercial Property team in Yeovil (or Taunton). The role involves transactional and advisory work for landlords and tenants, acquisitions, sales, development, finance and corporate real estate.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with a reputable, dedicated team, contributing to a supportive and collaborative environment.
- Support partners and senior fee‑earners with current workload and help expand the firm’s client base.
Required profile
- Qualified solicitor with at least 3 years post‑qualification experience in commercial property.
- Ambitious, proactive and enthusiastic professional with strong interpersonal skills.
