Live-In Caretaker for Luxury Residential Block

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Live‑In Caretaker to manage a luxury residential block in South West London. This full‑time, on‑site position offers the chance to become an integral part of a high‑end community while enjoying comfortable accommodation.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome residents and visitors, providing a professional first impression.
• Perform routine internal cleaning, including dusting, mopping and hoovering.
• Manage waste disposal and coordinate regular collections.
• Handle deliveries, parcels and resident correspondence efficiently.
• Assist residents with luggage and transport when required.
• Monitor building security, respond to alarms and conduct regular safety checks.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of communal areas.
• Coordinate with contractors, delivery personnel and service providers.
• Answer telephone calls and resident enquiries in a courteous manner.

Required profile

• Reliability, proactivity and trustworthiness.
• Pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Previous experience in caretaker, porter, hospitality, customer service or residential roles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of the building community.
