About the role

Insulet is seeking a motivated Local Trainer to deliver high‑impact training programs across clinical, commercial and product domains. Working in a hybrid mode, you will support sales teams, healthcare professionals and channel partners in the assigned market, ensuring learning experiences are engaging, relevant and aligned with global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, adapt and organise training materials, tools and logistics for diverse audiences.
• Deliver interactive training sessions that address clinical, commercial and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to tailor content to local cultural, regulatory and language requirements.
• Monitor learner engagement, assess knowledge transfer and identify learning gaps.
• Analyse participation data and feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness.
