Logistics 4PL Seller Operations Manager (UK)

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics 4PL Seller Operations Manager to lead UK seller logistics, drive performance improvements and develop growth strategies for TikTok Shop.

Key responsibilities

• Manage UK seller logistics operations, analysing end‑to‑end lead times and delivering solutions to enhance seller experience and growth.
• Design competitive rate cards and industry‑specific growth strategies, integrating operational procedures and system functions.
• Oversee the full order‑to‑delivery journey, continuously improving cost efficiency and lead times.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (operations, account management, governance) to set common goals and standards for seller experience.
• Drive solution upgrades and innovations tailored to the UK market, contributing to core logistics capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 3+ years of logistics performance management or seller‑solution design in e‑commerce or logistics.
• Experience working across regions and cultures, preferably in large e‑commerce or international logistics firms.
• Strong analytical thinking and business negotiation abilities.
• Excellent communication, cross‑team collaboration and project management skills.
