Supply Chain Demand & Forecast Planner

About the role

As a Supply Chain Demand & Forecast Planner you will ensure that Pret’s UK shops receive the right products at the right time, aiming for zero out‑of‑stock situations. You will act as the key liaison between our 3PL partner, suppliers and shop teams, driving service excellence across the network.

Key responsibilities

• Work with nominated distributors and suppliers to guarantee full stock availability on time and in full.
• Review supplier service level reports, investigate issues and lead corrective action meetings.
• Monitor clearance of non‑moving and de‑listed products and make allocation decisions.
• Communicate supply issues clearly to shops and manage new non‑food item requests.
• Allocate initial stock to shops where required and lead forecasting meetings with non‑food suppliers.
• Provide supply‑chain input for packaging supplier scorecards in collaboration with the Head of Packaging.
• Resolve Helpdesk queries for UK shops, implement corrective actions and manage the Launch Tracker for food launches.
• Lead interactions with the Irish franchisee and distributor, handling pricing, system updates and supply resolutions.
• Participate in weekly food meetings and support cross‑functional supply‑chain initiatives.
