About the role

The Client Advisor will represent Saint Laurent at the Birmingham Selfridges store, delivering a memorable and sophisticated experience to every visitor. You will act as a trusted fashion consultant, building lasting relationships and driving sales through personalized service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding client and after‑sale service to all visitors and clients.
• Identify client needs, anticipate future requests and create personalized, timeless looks.
• Develop and maintain a robust client portfolio to generate proactive business growth.
• Achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Utilise all available tools and applications to optimise business opportunities.
• Support front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams, contributing to overall team spirit and store performance.
• Adhere to Saint Laurent policies, operational procedures and brand standards.

Required profile

• Professional experience in high‑end fashion, accessories retail, luxury hospitality or premium customer service.
• Strong passion for fashion culture and ability to create personalized looks.
• Business‑oriented mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Open‑minded, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the local language.
