Machine Operator

About the role

ASR Group is seeking a Machine Operator to run and maintain packing lines in a safe, efficient, and quality‑focused environment. You will be responsible for meeting production targets while adhering to safety, environmental, and hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate packing line(s) and related offline equipment according to safety, quality, and output standards.
• Perform quality checks, record results, and follow company procedures for corrective actions.
• Adjust plant settings to maintain agreed specifications and monitor material usage.
• Supply lines with packaging equipment using FLTs (forklift trucks).
• Anticipate and resolve problems using continuous‑improvement (CI) tools.
• Record performance data, track trends, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Communicate handover information and issues to operators and maintenance technicians.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience operating packing or production machinery in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication to describe problems and solutions.
• Planning ability to complete routine activities on schedule.
• Positive attitude, commitment to continuous improvement, and teamwork orientation.
