Maintenance Manager – Hospitality Group (Kingston)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead engineering and facilities operations for a growing hospitality group across four sites in Kingston. The role involves ensuring all properties are safe, compliant and operating efficiently while supporting guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all maintenance operations including building services, preventative (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
• Ensure full health and safety compliance and conduct risk assessments.
• Lead and develop maintenance teams across sites, conducting performance reviews.
• Support budgeting, monitor spend and manage relationships with contractors and suppliers.
• Identify and implement energy‑saving initiatives and monitor consumption.
• Assist with refurbishment projects and other capital works across the portfolio.

Required profile

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or engineering management within the UK hospitality sector.
• Strong knowledge of building services, health & safety legislation and statutory compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage contractors, suppliers and budgets.
• Excellent organisational, problem‑solving and stakeholder communication skills.
