Maintenance Manager

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Maintenance Manager to lead the upkeep of our hotel’s plant, FF&E, and building fabric. You will ensure a safe, functional, and pleasant environment for guests, staff, and visitors while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and oversee preventive and reactive maintenance programmes for all hotel assets.
• Manage third‑party contractors to ensure work meets Accor quality standards.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor maintenance tasks to minimise equipment downtime.
• Control invoices and external provider costs, ensuring budget compliance.
• Prepare monthly energy reports and maintain compliance records.
• Conduct risk assessments and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Lead small‑scale projects, including budgeting, reporting, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with the General Manager on maintenance budgeting and performance KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical, HVAC, or electrical maintenance.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in a hospitality setting.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts, and third‑party suppliers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
