Management Trainee – Entry Level

About the role

As a Management Trainee you will join Meridian’s fast‑growing sales and customer‑engagement team in Middlesbrough. The 12‑month programme gives you hands‑on exposure to campaign delivery, client account support and day‑to‑day operations while developing core leadership and management capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and coordination of client campaigns across the UK.
• Assist in monitoring performance metrics, team KPIs and campaign results.
• Help manage customer enquiries and maintain accurate campaign records.
• Represent client brands professionally during in‑person interactions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team objectives and performance targets.
• Participate in structured training sessions focused on leadership, management and business development.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
• Good organisation and time‑management skills.
• Interest in leadership, management or business development.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑focused environment.
• Reliable, proactive and motivated to build a long‑term career.
• No prior management experience required – full training provided.
