Manager Business Analysis Controls

About the role

Mastercard’s Vocalink International RTPI function is looking for a Manager Business Analysis Controls to join the 1st Line Control Testing team. The role will support the delivery of control testing activities across technology control domains, helping embed a strong control environment and improve risk management practices.

Key responsibilities

• Execute periodic testing of key and non‑key controls in line with the Control Testing Methodology.
• Assess control design and operating effectiveness against internal policies, standards, regulatory requirements and customer obligations.
• Collect testing evidence from control owners, prepare test documentation and report results.
• Identify control deficiencies, escalate issues and support remediation follow‑up.
• Collaborate with 1st Line teams, 2nd Line technology risk partners and Internal Audit to ensure transparent testing outcomes.
• Prepare management information, dashboards and thematic analysis for governance forums.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing standards, procedures and efficiency.
• Maintain awareness of regulatory changes, emerging risks and industry best practices within technology risk.

Required profile

• Experience in control testing, assurance or risk management within technology in a regulated environment.
• Strong investigative and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and communicate findings clearly.
• Knowledge of the three‑lines‑of‑defence model and governance processes.
