Managing Consultant – Performance Analytics

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Managing Consultant to lead its Advisors & Consulting Services Performance Analytics practice. You will work with global clients across multiple industries, turning data into actionable insights that drive business value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across a range of industries and problem statements.
• Develop analytics strategies and programs for large, regional, and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions.
• Own key relationships with mid‑level to senior client stakeholders and assess client agenda, culture, and change readiness.
• Guide teams to generate creative insights, deliver sound business recommendations, and present impactful client presentations.
• Provide day‑to‑day project delivery leadership and foster a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading consulting engagements and managing client relationships.
• Strong ability to translate qualitative and quantitative analyses into clear recommendations.
• Demonstrated leadership in guiding multidisciplinary teams and driving project outcomes.
