Mandarin Speaking IT Associate – Infrastructure

About the role

This permanent, office‑based position is for a proactive IT Associate who will own the day‑to‑day infrastructure and support services for a growing organisation in London. The role combines hands‑on technical work with end‑user assistance, ensuring a stable, secure and efficient IT environment across office and remote locations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily IT infrastructure operations, maintaining system stability, performance and supporting upgrades.
• Provide 1st and 2nd line support for laptops, desktops, printers, meeting‑room equipment and other peripherals.
• Administer and troubleshoot LAN/Wi‑Fi networks, switches, routers and connectivity issues.
• Maintain Windows OS and Microsoft 365 environments, ensuring smooth operation of business tools.
• Implement IT security policies, conduct routine checks and support GDPR compliance.
• Administer internal collaboration platforms such as Lark, handling user accounts and permissions.
• Oversee IT asset lifecycle, from procurement and inventory to onboarding and off‑boarding processes.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, support or systems administration.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN, Wi‑Fi, switching, routing).
• Experience managing user onboarding/off‑boarding and device provisioning.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
