Associate Solutions Architect

About the role

Anthropic is seeking an Associate Solutions Architect to accelerate the adoption of Claude Code, its AI‑powered coding assistant, among enterprise customers. You will act as the technical bridge between Claude Code and engineering teams, helping them boost productivity and integrate the tool into their development workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical workshops and proof‑of‑concept implementations to showcase Claude Code’s capabilities.
• Guide customers through technical evaluations, develop tailored workflows, and expand usage to non‑technical teams.
• Conduct discovery calls, run pilots, and provide hands‑on support during rollout phases.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Product Engineers on complex requirements and post‑deployment expansion.

Required profile

• 2+ years of software engineering or solutions architecture experience.
• 1+ years of customer‑facing technical experience (sales, support, consulting, etc.).
• Daily active use of Claude Code with deep hands‑on expertise.
• Strong understanding of software development workflows, toolchains, and developer productivity.
