Marketing & Communications Executive

About the role

We are seeking a confident and creative Marketing & Communications Executive to join our busy, collaborative marketing team in London. The role is hybrid, with a mandatory day in the office each Thursday, and offers the chance to own digital marketing activities, create engaging content and drive multi‑channel campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media, email, website and other digital channels.
• Develop and deliver multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
• Manage and grow social media presence and engagement.
• Use HubSpot to support marketing campaigns and communications.
• Maintain website content via WordPress.
• Support email marketing activities and monitor campaign performance.
• Analyse results and provide insights.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with wider communications projects, including magazine production.

Required profile

• Creative, digitally savvy and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, organised with a can‑do attitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships.
