Marketing Director – Luxury Skincare

About the role

We are partnering with an international luxury brand that blends beauty with high‑performance lifestyle. The company is entering a major phase of global expansion and seeks a Marketing Director to drive brand growth, customer engagement, and commercial performance across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the global marketing vision, leading brand, digital and commercial initiatives.
• Develop and lead a global marketing strategy across all channels and markets.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, loyalty and lifetime value through integrated growth initiatives.
• Shape a distinctive global luxury brand identity with cultural relevance.
• Lead global media planning and investment across digital, social, CRM, partnerships, content and emerging channels.
• Oversee integrated campaign development for launches, brand moments, partnerships and international activations.
• Deliver omnichannel customer journeys across web, mobile, retail and content ecosystems.
• Establish performance frameworks, attribution models and ROI measurement.
• Build and lead a high‑performing international marketing organisation.
• Partner with Product, Commercial, Creative and Leadership teams for aligned execution.
• Develop partnerships, PR strategy and thought‑leadership initiatives to elevate brand presence.
• Identify growth opportunities in North America, Europe and high‑value international markets.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Global Marketing Director or senior marketing leader within luxury, beauty, wellness or related luxury brands.
• Strong international marketing experience, especially scaling brands in the US and Asia.
• Deep expertise in brand development, performance marketing, CRM and digital channels.
