Marketing Manager

About the role

Salon Privé, the UK’s premier automotive and luxury lifestyle event brand, is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join its team at the new Concours House headquarters in Bradford-on-Avon. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will lead strategic, hands‑on marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, ticket sales and sponsor engagement across a portfolio of high‑profile events.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute annual marketing campaigns for Salon Privé London, Salon Privé Blenheim Palace and other events.
• Develop and implement CRM, digital and social media strategies to grow audiences and increase ticket sales.
• Manage luxury, automotive and lifestyle media partnerships to maximise exposure and ROI.
• Collaborate with the Head of Design to produce high‑quality print and digital assets.
• Support sponsor and partner marketing activities to ensure seamless brand integration.
• Maintain consistency across all brand communications and customer touchpoints.
• Oversee website content, campaign messaging and customer‑journey optimisation.
• Work closely with the PR agency to expand Salon Privé’s presence in automotive, luxury and lifestyle sectors.
• Partner with the Social Media Lead on strategy, execution and influencer/creator management.
• Assist with onsite delivery of events and activations, identifying new growth opportunities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of marketing experience with strong digital and social expertise.
• Background in luxury, automotive, premium lifestyle or events sectors.
• Proven track record delivering integrated campaigns from concept to ROI analysis.
• Deep understanding of CRM, customer acquisition and lead‑generation strategies.
• Excellent copywriting, communication and organisational skills.
• Creative, commercially aware and highly detail‑oriented.
• Passion for luxury brands, automotive culture and live events.
• Proactive, collaborative and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
