Maths and English Tutor (Monday Sessions)

About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Maths and English Tutor to deliver functional‑skills lessons to a group of approximately 12 pupils each Monday. The role runs from 9:15 am to 1:15 pm for the full academic year at a central Manchester location.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver 2‑hour Maths and 2‑hour English sessions each week.
- Mark student work and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and progress.
- Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of pupils with SEMH/SEND.
Required profile
- Qualified teacher with QTS or an experienced unqualified teacher.
- Proven tutoring experience, preferably with SEN pupils.
- Ability to plan lessons and assess student work.
