About the role
The Pullman London St Pancras is looking for a proactive Meeting and Events Coordinator to support the Meetings & Events department. This junior position will manage bookings from initial enquiry through to event delivery, ensuring exceptional service for clients and maximizing revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to client and agent enquiries by phone and email within 24 hours.
- Prepare contracts, manage the Pullman diary, and follow departmental guidelines.
- Conduct site inspections, show‑rounds, and requirements meetings with clients.
- Create and distribute detailed event orders and weekly event sheets.
- Attend pre‑convention meetings and greet clients on arrival, maintaining a presence throughout the event.
- Collect client feedback, resolve disputes, and ensure post‑event follow‑up.
- Handle pre‑payments, reconcile invoices, and send final invoices within 48 hours of departure.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
- Junior‑level experience in hospitality, events, or related sales functions.
