Mortgage Administrator – Hybrid (London)

About the role

Our client, a leading London mortgage brokerage, is seeking an experienced Mortgage Administrator to join their team. The position offers a hybrid working model with two days remote and three days in the London office near Southwark/Blackfriars. You will support the brokerage’s loan pipeline and ensure smooth processing of mortgage applications.

Key responsibilities

• Process mortgage applications from submission to completion.
• Liaise with a full panel of lenders to obtain approvals and resolve queries.
• Maintain accurate client and loan documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide administrative support to loan officers and senior managers.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely progression of files.

Required profile

• Proven experience in mortgage administration within an independent brokerage.
• Familiarity with a full panel of lenders and their requirements.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday in an office environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
