Mortgage Adviser – Wealth Management Firm (Northwest London)

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing wealth management firm in Northwest London, is expanding its mortgage team. They are seeking a client‑focused Mortgage Adviser to deliver high‑quality mortgage and protection advice to an existing warm client base.

Key responsibilities

• Provide regulated mortgage advice in line with FCA requirements.
• Conduct detailed fact‑finds and affordability assessments.
• Recommend suitable mortgage and protection solutions.
• Manage applications from submission through to completion.
• Liaise with lenders, solicitors, estate agents and internal teams.
• Build long‑term client relationships and generate repeat business.
• Maintain accurate client records and compliance documentation.
• Stay up‑to‑date with lender criteria and market developments.

Required profile

• CeMAP (or equivalent Level 3 qualification) – essential.
• Proven experience as a Mortgage Adviser.
• Strong knowledge of the UK mortgage market.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Organised, proactive and target‑driven.
• Desirable: CAS status, protection advisory experience, whole‑of‑market experience.

Required skills

• CeMAP (or equivalent Level 3 qualification).
