Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (electrical bias)

About the role

Join AB InBev’s high‑performing engineering team to support a fast‑paced Automated Storage & Retrieval System (ASRS) in a demanding FMCG environment. You will own fault‑finding, problem‑solving and reliability improvement, with a clear pathway toward a leadership position.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive electrical and mechanical maintenance of the ASRS.
• Diagnose and resolve complex faults, taking ownership from initial fault to permanent resolution.
• Analyse equipment performance data to identify and eliminate recurring issues.
• Develop and improve SOPs, SWIs and maintenance procedures.
• Work closely with OEMs, contractors and record activity in SAP/CMMS while upholding safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering.
• Multi‑skilled engineer with a strong electrical bias and proven fault‑finding experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ambition and capability to progress into a leadership role.

Required skills

• Strong electrical fault‑finding and diagnostic skills.
• Experience with PLC‑controlled systems (desirable).
• Good IT literacy, SAP/CMMS experience (desirable).
• Understanding of Continuous Improvement / Lean principles.
