Multi‑trade Operative – Repairs Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an adaptable Multi‑trade Operative to join our Repairs team. You will work on a variety of home‑based repair projects, ensuring that customers enjoy safe, comfortable living environments.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out carpentry, plumbing and plastering repairs in customers' homes.
• Diagnose issues quickly and deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Maintain a professional, customer‑focused attitude on every visit.
• Travel between Birmingham and Wolverhampton sites as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in carpentry, plumbing and plastering.
• Strong commitment to delivering high‑standard workmanship.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication and team‑working skills.
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility with working hours.
• Right to work in the UK and willingness to undergo a basic DBS check.
