About the role

We are looking for a National Account Manager to join Nestlé’s Wholesale and Convenience Sales team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. Based in York or Gatwick, you will work hybrid, developing key customer relationships and driving profitable growth for our coffee, food and nutrition portfolio.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and agree joint business plans with customers to meet commercial goals.
  • Own the customer P&L, managing sales revenue, trade spend, market share and profit targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships, acting as the main point of contact between Nestlé and the customer.
  • Co‑create and execute channel strategies to win in the wholesale and convenience market.
  • Provide inputs for the Monthly Business Planning cycle and ensure category and marketing initiatives are executed in‑store.
  • Monitor industry and competitor activity to keep the commercial strategy aligned with market dynamics.

Required profile

  • Proven sales experience in FMCG, preferably within the wholesale and convenience channel.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on profitable growth.
  • Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
  • Results‑driven, tenacious and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
