Night Cleaner (Full-Time, Night Shift)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Night Cleaner to maintain the high standards of hygiene and presentation across all areas of Hale Country Club & Spa during night shifts. The role involves cleaning, sanitising and restocking facilities to ensure a welcoming environment for members and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Perform nightly cleaning of offices, stores, toilets, restaurant, showers, sports areas, changing rooms, sauna/steam rooms, fitness gyms, receptions and associated furniture.
• Use wet mop, dry mop, vacuum, sweep, buff, spot‑clean, wipe, wash, sanitise, scrub and dust surfaces as required.
• Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
• Empty litter bins and dispose of waste in appropriate containers.
• Cover for colleagues during holidays and sickness and attend mandatory training sessions.

Required profile

• Previous experience cleaning in a spa or health‑club environment.
• Hands‑on approach with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and deliver excellent customer service.

Required skills

• Operation of wet mop, dry mop and vacuum equipment.
• Experience with cleaning, sanitising and dusting techniques.
• Ability to restock supplies and manage waste disposal.
