Night Replenishment Supermarket Assistant

About the role

As a Night Replenishment Supermarket Assistant you will help keep the store shelves stocked and ready for customers each day. Working overnight, you will support the Waitrose team in delivering a high‑quality shopping experience and ensuring product availability.

Key responsibilities

• Replenish stock on shelves, ensuring items are in the right place at the right time.
• Prepare online orders for delivery drivers.
• Apply markdowns and manage products approaching their sell‑by dates to reduce waste.
• Assist at checkout, manage Click & Collect orders, and fulfil on‑demand customer requests.
• Maintain a safe, tidy, and well‑organized store environment.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a passion for food and drink trends.
• Flexible approach to support the whole branch during night shifts.
• Must be 18 years or older, in line with working‑time regulations.
