Night Shift Team Member – Salisbury Extra

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic night‑shift team members to join the Tesco Salisbury Extra store. You will work between 22:00 and 07:00, helping customers and keeping the store running smoothly throughout the night.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to customers during night hours.
• Operate across the store, including service counters, picking and replenishment areas.
• Follow health and safety training to maintain a safe environment.
• Handle deliveries, stock, and product care to ensure quality.
• Participate in seasonal, community and charity events.
• Support store performance by reducing waste, shrink and driving sales.

Required profile

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Passion for delivering great customer service.
• Willingness to work flexible night hours and occasional weekend shifts.
• Ability to work as part of a diverse team.

Required skills

What we offer

• Hourly rate starting at £13.28 (up to £14.55 in M25 locations).
• Additional night premium of £2.35 per hour for work between midnight and 06:00.
• Minimum 16 guaranteed hours per week (12 hours possible).
